SoccerFieldMap (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a privately operated online service run by a private individual based in Canada. We operate anonymously for privacy and safety reasons.

We only accept legal notices via email. We do not accept postal notices or service of process by mail.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoccerFieldMap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

3. Nature of Content — Parody & Satire Disclaimer

• All celebrity likenesses, voices, and appearances are AI-generated for parody, satire, and commentary purposes only.
• No content is intended to represent actual events, statements, or endorsements.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any individual, team, league, or brand mentioned or depicted.
• All references to real people are used under the principles of fair use/fair dealing as protected by Canadian law, U.S. law (Hustler Magazine v. Falwell; Campbell v. Acuff-Rose), and global free expression laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary permissions to upload or submit content.
• Clearly label AI-generated content you share outside SoccerFieldMap as “AI-generated parody” or similar.
• Do not use our service to create illegal, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or sexually explicit depictions of real people.
• Comply with all applicable laws where you are located.

5. License to Your Content

By using our service, you grant SoccerFieldMap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Infringing intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights
• Misleading people into believing fictional content is real
• Uploading malicious code or disrupting the service
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming individuals

7. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by SoccerFieldMap. You receive no rights other than those expressly granted.

8. No Warranty

SoccerFieldMap is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or legality of any content generated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, and our total liability will never exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to a claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoccerFieldMap, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Purchases & Refunds

All payments for SoccerFieldMap services are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

12. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect only the data you provide. We do not store biometric templates or identifying facial/voice data after processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Takedowns & Complaints

We process copyright, privacy, and publicity complaints via email: 1tkurbanov@gmail.com. Include proof of identity and content details in your request.

14. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. All disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SoccerFieldMap after updates means you accept the changes.

16. Survival

Sections 3–15 survive termination of your account or access to the service.

17. Public Figure Consent Waiver

Public figures, including but not limited to athletes, entertainers, and politicians, acknowledge and agree (by nature of their public status) that their likeness, voice, name, and persona may be referenced, imitated, or portrayed for the purposes of parody, satire, commentary, criticism, education, and other legally protected expressive works. SoccerFieldMap’s content is created solely within these protected categories and is not intended as a factual representation of any actual statements, actions, or endorsements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any and all rights to assert claims based on right of publicity, false endorsement, defamation, or similar causes of action relating to parody or satire.

18. Mandatory Arbitration & Waiver of Public Court Proceedings

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to the Service, including but not limited to claims involving public figures, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, under the Arbitration Act (Ontario) and the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, to the extent permitted by law. No party may initiate or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity only. Arbitration proceedings and awards shall be strictly confidential.

19. Disputed Content Removal Without Admission of Liability

If any person or entity notifies SoccerFieldMap that certain content allegedly infringes their rights, SoccerFieldMap may, at its sole discretion, remove or restrict access to the content while investigating the claim. Such removal shall not be considered an admission of fault, wrongdoing, or liability. SoccerFieldMap reserves the right to permanently restrict or refuse the re-uploading of disputed content without providing further explanation.
