SoccerFieldMap (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by a private individual based in Canada. We operate anonymously for privacy and safety reasons. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using SoccerFieldMap, you agree to this policy.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate:

• User content you upload (media, text, audio, video)
• Email address and password (if you create an account)
• Technical data (IP address, device type, browser type)
• Direct communications you send us

We do not store biometric templates (faces, voices) after processing. We do not sell personal data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used only to:

• Operate and maintain SoccerFieldMap
• Generate AI parody/satire content at your request
• Respond to legal requests and enforce our Terms of Service
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activity

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Content is stored only as long as needed to operate the service
• Biometric/likeness processing is temporary and erased after output generation
• Backups are kept for a maximum of 90 days
• You may request deletion of your data at any time via 1tkurbanov@gmail.com

5. User Responsibilities

• Only upload content you have rights to use
• Comply with applicable privacy laws in your country
• Label AI-generated content shared outside SoccerFieldMap as “AI-generated parody”

• Contract necessity – to provide the service
• Legitimate interests – to protect our platform and rights
• Consent – where explicitly given

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in Canada and other countries. EU/UK transfers are protected using adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Canada. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, or through binding arbitration as set out in our Terms of Service.
